Phone interview with primarily behavioral questions such as "What is accountability to you?/How would your last employer describe your work ethic?/Describe a time you worked on a team". Interviewer started off explaining the position and the format of the interview. It was a very quick and short interview totaling around 20 minutes. Phone call quality on their end is bad, so you have to pay close attention and be in a quiet place. Did not get a rejection email, so I had to check the listing which is how I found out the job was taken.

Due to Covid, interview was conducted on the phone. Supervisor was courteous, efficient and thorough in reviewing my qualifications. He was curious about my teaching approach, using TPRS. I explained the success that I have had using it to teach both English and Spanish.
