Your 1st interview will test your technical ability. - You will have questions about setting up Network Printers, VoIP Phones, Malware/Virus Removal, etc. The 2nd interview will be with the Operating Manager. - This interview is the get to know you phase. The 3rd interview will be with HR for a Job. - At this point you pretty much have the job. Don't screw this up.
