First I got a call from HR department, and set up a date for an evaluation.
Then got details and a link to a project that needed an update and adding a functionality to the code. Then I got an English interview by skype.
After that I got a final interview with the project leaders, mostly regarding previous experience and projects that I've worked.

It was not a very difficult test but requiered concentration and knowledge of the tools that were evaluated. In this case were spring, mysql and jsp's. Also some project creational tools like maven.

Se busca evaluar las habilidades prácticas y conocer la experiencia con respecto a trabajos complejos.
Cuenta de varias instancias y puede depender la dificultad y pasos segun el cliente.
