Two-step interview process with initial phone-interview with HR and an in-person interview with hiring manager. Interviewers were professional and courteous. Interview was wide-ranging but casual, and due to the small size of the company it felt that for HR and the hiring manager it was just as important to have a proper personality fit as it was to find someone with the required skill set.
