The first stage is a 30-minute screening call with a Customer Success lead. If that goes well, you'll be given a customer success assignment to gauge your skills that should take around 45 minutes. If you make it to the next stage, you have to complete 4 interviews within a 2 hour window. You have a chance to meet people from different departments and get to know the company and the company culture more. Everyone I interviewed with were knowledgeable and seemed passionate about working at Sapling. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. It seemed like a really great place to work. I was really excited to potentially be part of the team at Sapling after chatting with everyone because the team vibe was great. The reason for the negative rating despite a positive experience is because I made it through all the stages but didn't receive any notification about whether I got the role and did not receive any response after I'd reached out. To be ghosted after doing 5 interviews and an assignment was a disheartening experience.
