Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Sapling (San Francisco, CA).
Entrevista
Super straightforward and an overall extremely pleasant process. The entire team was kind, friendly, and made me feel supported at every step. The hiring manager communicated updates with me along the way and made it easy to want to accept the offer.

The first stage is a 30-minute screening call with a Customer Success lead. If that goes well, you'll be given a customer success assignment to gauge your skills that should take around 45 minutes.
If you make it to the next stage, you have to complete 4 interviews within a 2 hour window. You have a chance to meet people from different departments and get to know the company and the company culture more. Everyone I interviewed with were knowledgeable and seemed passionate about working at Sapling.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience. It seemed like a really great place to work. I was really excited to potentially be part of the team at Sapling after chatting with everyone because the team vibe was great.
The reason for the negative rating despite a positive experience is because I made it through all the stages but didn't receive any notification about whether I got the role and did not receive any response after I'd reached out. To be ghosted after doing 5 interviews and an assignment was a disheartening experience.

I was first invited to a quick interview, then I had to do an exercise and, after that, an interview with 3 team members and then with the hiring manager.
