The process took a very long time. The interview itself was very easy and not in depth. Onboarding took a very long time. I would recommend speeding up the response time between applying and scheduling an interview.

Entrevista
Informal, relaxed and brief. Routine questions on computer and customer service skills as well as general knowledge test on diesel mechanics basics. Identified possible situations in which employee would be expected to deal with difficult customers, situations in which those customers cannot be directly assisted immediately, and what to do in those cases.
