The interview process was straightforward. A phone screening, and an in-person interview. I believe the whole process took roughly four weeks in total. The people there are great and have a long history with the company. They make you feel comfortable during the interview process and really try to figure out if you and they are a good fit for each other.

It was quick with standard questions, some in depth questions from a food safety standpoint. They do prefer to do the shotgun method of questioning you in a group of people.
