Friendly and punctual and efficient. Starts off with a quick intro about the company and job. Then moves to a 30min interview with up to 5 different employees with different positions. Most questions evaluate your interpersonal skills, objective and capabilities. No major technical questions were asked.

An initial 30 minute screening interview over Teams. A couple weeks later, I had a 2 hour interview over Teams broken up into 4 - 30 minute conversations. Very well organized and upfront about the process
