• Full support and maintain for each of applications and database that I’m responsibility it. • Create and update reports, charts, maps, into Fieldpro and EDM to help users for collect data as easy as possible. • Make Daily backup by scripts jobs and check the logs. • Contact with vendors for new implementation & migration applications to the new versions. • Description and training the users how to use the EDM & FieldPro. • Installation the application in the server side or client site. • Support the Fieldpro & EDM users in the both locations, Tripoli and Field.
