A call with the recruiter followed by an hour-long chat with the VP of the department. The biggest annoyance was the delays in communications, after the first email with the recruiter,r it took a week to get on a call. After that, it took about 10 days to set up a time for the VP. After that, I was completely ghosted. Even after reaching out to the recrutier multiples time, I was left ignored. It's disappointing and a little rude to take my time and effort, and not even give me a follow-up of either a dismal or a notification.
