Entrevista
The interview process was straightforward. I had an automated webcam screening initially, which was rather awkward, but I've been told the company may be discontinuing that step. This was followed by 4 phone interviews; one with the hiring manager, two with other FAS managers in the country, and the final one with the national sales director.
The final step was an in-person interview where I gave a 15-minute presentation.

What would you do first if a client came to you saying that their unit wasn't working?
Took over a month, was for separate interviews ranging from a phone call, pre recorded answers, group interviews and a final presentation. Process was extremely slow. The team seemed to not inform the other groups of interviewers how progress was going.

Très standard, d'abord screen téléphonique avec RH puis rencontre avec manager n+1 qui pose des questions sur votre parcours, vos motivations, vos qualités et comportementales. Puis, la dernière étape consiste à préparer une présentation sur une gamme de produit à présenter au cours d'un entretien avec futurs collègues
