The process on how you can get interview is already a big task. They won't allow you to send resumes in person to managers and asked to send resumes online. They are short staffed but no resumes are getting called back for interviews even though they are very much qualified and skillfull. Interview proper was no problem as I can answer all the questions asked.

Casual. Many opportunities after school, easy to get employed with hardly any experience. Union representation. Poor benefits. Upper management are okay. Will ask for school records as well as any other certifications needed, if you do not have you will have to either attend their mandatory classes or get certain things on your own, eg. first aide.
