Long interview process with intermediate quizzes and a final panel interview with prospective seniors. Questions are direct and are aimed at determining how you have learnt and grown from disappointments and failures. Some technical questions if necessary.

The process required psychometric tests and a math test. Thereafter there was an in person interview. The entire process was good and simple. The HR personnel was friendly and easy to contact.
