      Entrevista

If I were you, I would not apply for ANY JOBS at this company. They do not pay for your traveling costs if you have to be there for a "in-person interview" (it is been more than 100 days I did my interview, and flew from Kansas to Virginia, and they still have not paid all my travel expenses). In my opinion, this is just a reflection of how UNORGANIZED this place is. If they cannot pull it off a simple hiring internal process, what one would think about its other -a lot more important - processes? It worries me I have to take Airbus planes and, potentially, they depend on process and people who work at SATAIR....... Very disappointing. BUT, if you are still interested in finding out how the interview process went, I will tell you: 1.) I applied on Jan. 30, 2019 online after seeing the job ad on LinkedIn. I received an email confirming my application. 2.) Feb. 2nd I received an email that I was selected to move on to "telephone pre-screening interview" two days after. 3.) Feb. 11th I received an email regarding another position that they thought it would be a better fit, considering my experience, background, etc. I had another phone chat with the HR Recruiting Business partner that same day to clarify some questions about the job they thought I would be better at. And after that, it was decided I would move on with the process. 4.) Later, on that same day (Feb. 11th), I received, by email, the instructions and questions to answer, in order to allow them to book the flights' for my interview in person. 5.) Feb. 12th (night), I received the flights and details for my interview the next day. 6.) I drove 2 hours to Kansas City, then flew from Kansas to Washington D.C. for the interview. 7.) At the interview, I was given a business case and 3 questions. I had 1 hour to complete by myself, with my own computer and then present my thought process to the hiring manager and HR representative that was there (but not the same one I was in contact with since the beginning). After presenting my findings, I was asked the normal/basic questions based on behavior and related to my experience. Nothing too difficult, or complicated, pretty average like most companies do nowadays.
