Entrevista
Had a Zoom call with the founder, followed on by a half day trial with the team and potential manager for the role. This involved cold calling people on there system to find out who they were interviewing with and who the hiring manager was. So it wasn't about trying to find suitable candidates for roles. Afterwards a very casual sit down chat with the potential manager to discuss the role and next steps. For me, it felt like a sleazy / questionable company to work for or with, and ended up being relived I wasn't offered the role.

I was sent a link after being successful in application stage The next step was a video interview with 3 easy questions such as tell me about yourself and why recruitment. Kind enough to provide 2 takes foe each question
-Short chat talking about my previous experience
-They got back to me by email within the first day and I was given a task to redesign a 3 page presentation. A project with a very vague description with the only brief being to "redesign" it
