Held on campus at an interview slot of your choice. Had to wait quite awhile because the interviewers were late. Prior to the interview, you had to pass a series of online tests and attend a briefing session on campus to book an interview slot (that will happen within the next 3-4 days).

7) Tell me of an instance when you had to work with different stakeholders.
8) How did you deal with difficult customers?
9) Tell me of an instance where you solved a problem without your manager.
10) Are you open to working overseas in less glamorous countries?
11) Are you open to rotating among different business units and taking on different roles?

Dear SATS Recruitment Team,
I am writing to provide some anonymous feedback regarding the recent SATS Graduate Assimilation Programme recruitment cycle.
The process extended over a period of nearly three months, involving multiple rounds of assessments and interviews. As a candidate who was genuinely interested and fully committed throughout, I found the eventual lack of communication disappointing — particularly after reaching out for feedback and receiving no response.
I understand that hiring can be competitive, but providing timely updates and feedback, especially after such a long process, would go a long way in improving the candidate experience and reinforcing SATS’ reputation as a people-first organization.
I hope this feedback is helpful in refining future recruitment processes.

Very unprofessional for them to ghost candidates at the last round of interviews especially after 3 rounds of interviews over the span of 4 months. I thought a company like SATS would at least have the decency to reject their candidates instead of not replying to multiple follow-up emails. Dont waste your time with SATS like I did.

Entrevista
Final round of interview was a panel interview. It was a rather relaxed session, with just 2 senior leaders in the room with HR and myself. Though there were some standard interview questions, I believe that the conversation was still rather tailored to and expanded from my past experiences.

Started off with self introduction and past internship experiences, why I consider SATS when my past experiences are in a different function, leadership style, conflict management, openness to relocating (yes/no), etc.
