It went pretty well, I interviewed a total of 5 people in 4 different interviews. The only downside was the tech portion of the interview... The gentleman giving it was very condescending and when I answered a question he replied really quickly with "...well I was looking for *other thing*, but okay." The rest of the interview was great and they were all easy to talk to, it's just the tech part was a really negative experience.

I toured Saturn Systems the winter before I applied there, so the following fall I filled out an application and was promptly contacted. I had a brief phone screening before I was invited on site. The on site interview lasted about five hours. I talked to the director of operations, the VP of business development, and the senior VP before the technical interview with two senior software engineers. After that I had lunch with two project managers. Everyone was warm and nice and made me feel comfortable. Overall it was a good experience.
