After I created my online profile at their website I recieved a call a couple of months later asking me to come for an iterview. I am a fresh Civil Engineering graduate and was interviewed by 3 Civil Engineers and 1 HR manager. Everyone was extremely nice and professional, they started by briefing me with their department and what they do and what they expect a graduate engineer to do and after that they asked me to talk about myself, in general the questions were related to my major and specifically my final year dissertation topic. Overall it was a good interview no one made me feel uncomfortable or unwanted.
