It’s noticeable that as a new company they haven’t invested any time in recruitment and best practices but ghosting people after you interview is unacceptable - candidate experience matters and their time and them should be treated with respect. In general, a junior with no experience should not interview the first ever HR role in the company.

3 stages - HR screen, technical case-study task to be presented in a further interview, then a final interview on site with the founders.
I had a great experience interviewing for Sava - HR were responsive and kind throughout and the hiring manager was super friendly. It was immediately clear to me that Sava is a company I'd like to work for - which made it all the more disappointing to have not made it to the final stage! I received great communication and feedback throughout, including during the presentation which I appreciated.

First round interview then ghosted. Lots of commitment about next steps and how I was a great candidate, then haven't heard anything back. Range of questions from financial modelling questions to others about working styles only to be entirely ghosted. Interviewer sounded jealous that they had to hire someone else for the role.
