The interview is very loosely organized. The school is under turbulence and experiencing budget cut. Senior management is changing very fast and it's hard for new employees to orient themselves.

Applied through an online website. One phone interview with four people that was very brief but friendly. It took three weeks but I was then offered the job with 24 hours to make a decision and no room to negotiate.
