It is mainly based on the communication skills and the flow of communication. They are also giving more importance to how you present yourself. This is how the interview process happened.
First round was group discussion or Just a minute. Second round was written test (mcq model) based on networking concepts. Third round is HR interview. This is a train and deploy process
The interview process included GD and JAM rounds to evaluate communication skills, confidence, clarity of thought, teamwork, and the ability to express ideas effectively under time pressure in a professional environment.

Round 2 : Technical Written Test for 30 Mins or may be more time too
