Very informal, one-on-one, got to ask questions and learn about the company. Some times, probably because of the pandemic and the employee shortage, some interviews were done on the spot, right as people came in and inquired about openings.

i did two interviews one over the phone and the other was in person . one with a supervisor and other with hiring manger very simple. then i was hired 2 days later
very easy just talk about how much you love second had and how it helps our environment. do research on the company and how it works they'll be impressed say you'll be reliable and that you don't mind closing the store daily
Interview was very easy and funny. They mainly ask previous experience work customer service attitude. Most important how you going to deal with difficult customers. That's all questions I have been asked
