Interviewing team was professional, authentic, and forthcoming.
The entire recruiting process is disjointed; inefficient; slow; and clunky!
If you are lucky, the recruiting team will take months to get back to you. Months! If you are unlucky, the recruiting team will absolutely ghost you.
The entire objective of the interview process is to find inexpensive bodies, not talent.

Met the leadership team in person. 5 discussions in 5 hours. Solid team. Every one tried to understand what I have done so far. Asked me to explain architecture of some of the products I owned. Asked specific technical questions. Explained their product and challenges. Met the CEO. Super aspirational and proven leader. Good vision. Overall positive experience.
