Entrevista
I had three phone interviews. Two with someone in a similar position that totaled no more than 45 minutes. The person interviewing me did most of the talking. This individual recommended me and I had a 15 minutes phone call with the person who would be my manager. I received an offer by email 4 days later. The offer did not include any description of benefits outside of PTO although the initial interviewer had spoken at length about the benefits and assured me that someone else would provide the details. When I asked HR for a summary of the benefits I was sent the details of the health insurance options and told that they were currently revising the 401k benefit so details were not currently available.

Entrevista
The initial interview was with an outsourced recruiter. The interview went well but then I never heard from her again. The next communication I received a month later was from the hiring manager asking to schedule an interview. Our discussion was good. Normal questions were asked. I was told that he'd contact me the following week to let me know if I'd be continuing on in the process but it's been 3 weeks and I've still not heard a thing. I'd say think twice before carving out time in your workday for a company that obviously doesn't value your time. These are red flags.
