First round consisted of a 1 on 1 interview of questions regarding qualifications and fit. Round 2 was a panel of 3 and involved two presentations - each around 15mins.

I applied and the next day the recruitor contacted me to set up a phone screening. Thereafter, I heard back about one month later for one of the women who were interviewing for the role. She set up an informal interview just to get some background info and then set up a formal one with her and another collegue. I thought the interview well the I did not heard back for a few months and was told they went with another candidate. Personally the Saavas literacy program is quite poor in comparison to other literacy programs. It would have been challenging to work for a company that you do not necessary believe in their literacy practices.
