Pretty straight forward. Phone interview, then hiring manager interview 1:1 then a final where you present slides and role play. Overall good experience and had opportunity to ask clarifying questions.

They definitely want you to know what you are talking about, and be able to make a great presentation to reflect your ability to do so in real time with your assignments once you are onboarded. I found the interview process to be quite reflective of the types of things they ask you to do as an educational consultant.

Phone call with acquisitionist very typical just to get a feel for who you are. Then 2 more interviews with a panel of people including the hiring manager. If you are selected past the phone interview with acquisitionist you know within a week.

Went over part-time work meaning you are on a list to travel to districts and you can choose to go or not. Pay is $550 / 6 hour session, $275 for 3 hour session, $120 / 1 hour session. You get mileage $160 = travel daily rate. Amex card for airports and or hotels.
