The interview process was long and frivolous. The first 3 were on Zoom and when I came in for my final interview in the office they were not ready to interview me at all. They threw me in a room with 2 men who did not know the position, were entirely unfriendly and didn’t seem to know why they were there at all. The office was very casual, people were wearing fleeces and jeans. I wore my freshly ironed suit with blown out hair and nice loafers. The feedback I got from Sawaya was “you’re perfect for the job but your attire was unprofessional.” Now I’m not thin, and I’ve gotten this kind of feedback before and it’s complete nonsense. My outfit was extremely professional. They just don’t see fat people as professional. It was so demoralizing to have my time wasted by people who discriminate against those with different body sizes.

Applied online and then had a zoom interview which was one tell me about yourself question and why Sawaya question. Then it was about 20 minutes of technical questions with a recruiter. Pretty average and casual.
