Got an email a day after my application. Then I got called for a phone interview, where you basically just give a small rundown on your CV. They send me a small test work, which was fairly easy. Then I got scheduled for an interview. I had to take a logic & personality test beforehand. I have to say the process was very unorganized and I didn't really have time to prepare but I still did fairly well. The interview was quite okay. After that I've been told I will be contacted in the following days. I didn't get an answer for 2 weeks. I think if you expect people to take time out of their day, then you should also do the same. People were lovely so.
