They have a series of interviews. The process was explained very well, yet conducted incredibly poorly. The interviewer canceled an hour prior to the interview, and I got assigned a new interviewer (after having done extensive research). The second interviewer made it seem clear that she has too much work to be conducting interviews and joined late. She did not care to conduct the interview and actually hire.
