Excellent experience, clearly a thoughtful and collaborative team and leadership. Many practical and probing questions and no LeetCode.
Learned a lot about the role and how to be successful at ScalePad.

Entrevista
There was a first round with the HR screening for 30 minutes, a second round with technical questions from team leads from development, and a third round with the team in coding together.
The second round was a total waste of time. The questions asked were very generic questions not related to my resume or experience. One of the two interviewers joined the call but didn't even ask any questions or even pay attention to the camera. He looked like he was busy working on something. They ended the call right at 30 minutes giving me about a few seconds to 'ask anything,' which was obviously not welcome.
It seems there is a disconnect between their Recruitment and their Development departments. It was clear they didn't appreciate recommendations from Recruitment, but they still wasted everyone's time.
