The interview process was led by an HR rep. I had several rounds with different stakeholders. Questions were asked about past experience, what made me want to be a chief of staff, and we also spent time focusing on the company. I really enjoyed each conversation even though it wasn't a fit in the end.

Well organized process that took a few weeks. Had the initial screen with Head of People. Call with Hiring Manager. Take Home and Panel Interview. Felt like I was able to learn a lot about the team and culture through the process.
