My interview was scheduled for 1:00 pm and I arrived early yet still waited in the lobby for 45 minutes while the receptionist tried to locate the HR Representative I was meeting.

The interviewer asked random questions and invited me to "tell me about yourself". He also admitted that he was new with the company and did not take the traditional paths.
