Three rounds: phone screening, HR interview, panel of four managers. Very over-the-top for a low-level retail role. Everything was set up by phone, not by the more sensible email, so phone tag became the game. When HR asked when I could do the final panel interview I gave one day that would not work, otherwise open the next week. Naturally they called to schedule me on that day. After the lengthy process that reminds me of applying for tech management roles, they finally emailed (instead of calling) to give a generic "no" with zero helpful rationale or feedback.
