I contacted Schendel via email. My email went to the district manager over the branch I was applying at. My email was responded to very promptly. I was asked to interview immediately, at my convenience. Within about 10-15 I was offered a position, upon completing pre-employment screening to the satisfaction of company policy.

Entrevista
The interview process was a one on one interview. I was asked behavior base questions and provided a lot of examples. The interview lasted about one hour and it took about three days to hear back from the hiring manager. The company really values trust and honesty. If you are not ready for hard work, this company is not for you.
