Entrevista
Initial communication was via email and then phone. I interviewed with the head of design, head of product development, and then was called back in for an interview with the CEO. I only showed my portfolio to the head of design. I was told that I would be doing some product development as well, and it turned out that I was doing much of the PD and not enough of the design, even though I did not have the training for PD.

Most difficult question to answer was the question about salary: I knew want I was worth and what I needed to live, but the number I gave made the CEO's eyebrows rise.
Other weird questions I got asked were how fast my typing was and how good I was at Excel. This was a red flag for sure, since as a designer, I should not be dealing with Excel or needing to be typing very fast.
