Schneider has a multi-step process for interviewing. First, I had an initial phone screen. Pretty standard. Ran through my employment history, goals, what information I had about Schneider. Second interview was in-person, it was a panel interview. Met with three managers in the dept. I was interviewing for. Moderately difficult questions.

They will deny qualified candidates and then repost the same job over and over. Initially I interviewed for the driver recruiter role. I went through two rounds of interviews for this and felt I did well. I was really excited about the prospect of this role. I was then called and told I would be a better fit for this different role (paid less and was not very interested in it) and they offered me a completely new initial interview to go to. After this interview I was promptly ghosted by the company and given 0 feedback. Not quite sure what qualifications they are looking for as I checked into both of the people I shadowed and all of the people who interviewed me and my experience and qualifications seemed more than sufficient. Now they repost the job for the hundredth time 6 months later so I felt this review necessary to any of those who might want to give it a chance.
