Schneider needs drivers and is very aggressive in their recruitment. They do a thorough background check, health, work history, DMV etc. There isnt much of a interview process its more of meeting paper/legal requirements at that point they will pretty much say or do anything to get you on as a driver.

It was good and promiseing and recruiter was nice person and knew what he was doing,he understood my overall situation with children and that I need steady miles,more home time,with mine kids.
