Initially there was a phone interview. The onsite interview consisted of two employees then a member from upper management from Indiana on the phone. Be prepared to do some role playing scenarios. They had several situations to which they evaluated your response.

Scenario- A driver called in and gave notice. What steps would you take to convince him to stay with the company.
A phone interview for the first round. The second round is a panel interview with 3 people. Behavioral based questions. They are looking for examples of how you solved a problem, helped a customer, worked well with a team.
