First round -> recruiter screen
Second round -> hiring manager interview
Third round -> product assessment
It was possible that the sales (hiring) manager seemed precarious in his position. It was mentioned there was a new VP of Sales so the status quo was obviously being challenged.
In this situation, there is a prevalent fear of hiring the right “yes” people as the manager. Sales reps need to be proficient enough to do the job but not outshine and be a threat! The new VP of Sales would do well to go through the applicants rejected and make sure stellar candidates were not gate kept.

Extremely drawn out interview process. From initial contact to the rejection, it took a month and a half. The rejection excuse was flimsy and made it sound like I lost a coin-toss against the other person. The pay was also quite low, but given the industry, that might be expected.
My memory is fuzzy, as it was a few months back, but I believe there were four calls, three were with the manager. There were two separate assignments: one being a somewhat general pitch of a new tool and any thoughts/concerns about how to test it. The second interview was using an automation framework. I had a call reviewing/talking about the first assignment. They didn't even bother with the second, even though I was quite proud of my result and the code's tidiness.
I was told that the rejection between myself and the other person came down to "one of the answers" in my first assignment. That said, my answers held close to industry standards/best practices and didn't include anything outlandish. Although I'm very open to rejections and criticism, in this case I very much disagreed with the sentiment.
The interviews and subjects were very, very easy. The problem is the whole ordeal was excruciatingly drawn out.

Here's a functionality. We aren't giving you context, but that's the point -- talk about how you would test it. What concerns would you have for the stakeholders? What are some go/no-go criteria?
Fiz uma entrevista na empresa SchooLinks (Austin, TX).

Very basic questions. Similar to every other interview. The interviewer did not took the time to even explain what they do and how they do it. I was not really sold into the idea of even consider joining their company.
