The entire process took an incredible amount of time, and communication was lacking, at best. Nothing even remotely challenging about the interviews. Out of all potential employers I have ever interviewed with, the HR team here was undoubtedly the least professional I have dealt with. I had a phone screening, then two separate in person interviews on one day, then another panel interview a week later. I was told I'd hear back within a week, and if I didn't hear back, to call. I called twice with no response, left a voicemail message, and sent an email to multiple contact points, and did not hear back for an entire week after that. Then it took another two whole weeks to get back to me with a decision, during which time zero communication was even attempted. Being upfront and honest is a vital point of a good Human Resources department, and it is clear that this is extremely lacking for Schupan.
