The process was informal but quick and to the point which I can appreciate. The overall experience could be improved with a more formatted setup. I think it was rushed due to the busy nature of the company but I was glad to meet the team.

How did you handle a stressful situation that resulted in a win? How about a situation that was not able to be resolved at the time how did you take care of the customer?
