The interview process was quite rushed...with very little introduction from the interviewer to explain what is his role in the organization. One of the interviewer literally went over my resume point by point asking me to explain the bullets. Also their job description and phone screen was slightly misleading reg the job requirement. The team does not seem well formed, there is very little technical expertise in the company and from what I could tell the career ladder is also not well established. Taking a job there seems like a risk not worth taking to be frank.
