It was very straightforward and easy. They are looking for people who are willing to dedicate their life to work. If you tell them your priority is to make money and you have a degree/technical background, they’ll hire you.

What engineering skill sets do you have to be a successful MWD engineer
coordinators were easy to talk to, through out the process they talked about the benefits like expenses and how they work. the hours are pretty good, there is a lot of overtime work

I applied by sending the CV and Cover Letter to HR representative.
Interview was about 20 minute, in the hotel reception room, at the table for 2.
