Very bad experience with the process. You should have patience to wait till EOD like till 6pm even if you are there by 9am. After waiting for 8 hours, you go for the technical discussion, but the interviewer won't be in mood to take interview. He will give very mischievous smile to your every answer evenif you are right.
If some one desperately looking for a change then go here, otherwise there are so many who at least value your time.
