First round we were supposed to write 2 programs out of 8. Including myself there were many who wrote 4-5 programs. But after that round few people were called for group discussion. Because it was already too late, after calling few candidates for the gd. They just told the remaining candidates to go home and that they are not selected. They don't even tell you the reason for being rejected. Very unfair process.
