The process was not bad. Their requirements were to speak with HR, hiring manager, then interview in person. When interviewing with the hiring manager, she asked me if 75% travel was okay. I looked surprised, as the job posting said 25% travel. She started asking questions like "where did you see that number?" Her recruiter at HR told me this number as well as the job posting. It seems like they do not have it together. While I did not get an offer, it was a blessing in disguise.
