Applied through Indeed. Met with Jason for an in person interview shortly after. Jason seemed like a good guy, and I I felt like that interview went well. I have some old legal issues on my record that I wish I would have mentioned prior to the interview. I was told He would pass the info about my issues onto the CEO who would make a final decision. A week or so goes by, and I haven't heard back so I chalked it up to a lost cause. Out of the blue I get a call from the CEO who wants to meet for a second interview. The second interview seemed awkward and I had a hard time getting a feel for this guy. In the end I was passed over for the position. I thank them because I would have accepted the offer, instead I got an offer paying 12% more than their top advertised pay rate and I don't have to sign a contract.
