Entrevista
Applied online through jobstreet. Got called for a phone interview and then was scheduled for a face-to-face interview with the HOD and HR Manager. Standard interview questions were asked as ell as past work experience. Process from initial call to final hiring process took about a month. Need to take standard medical examination before being hired. HR was very strict with leaves and time off.

Normal interview questions, past work experiences, asked whether between work and family which comes first
Short and straight forward. Interviewers are nice. Basically 1 to 2 stages interview with operation managers, nothing too technical as they will groom you with proper classes eventually. Their concern would be more on if you can take the hit offshore

Are you sure you are able to withstand the random offshore schedule if required? Your holidays or family time could be cut short if operation is busy.
