Very fast and intense process. In all, 8 interviews with very situational and case-like questions. Very intense, but satisfying in the end.
They were very accommodating to my times and all interviews were one on one, making each conversation flow very naturally. Did not only interview with the support team, but also with local ops and global product, getting a global picture on how support impacts the whole operation.
In all, the process from screen to offer lasted about a week and a half.
