1.Had a recruiter screening 2. Manager round to see team and culture fit and discuss about projects, resume etc. 3. Onsite round for 3 hours working on a project using AI, HLD on resume and projects I worked on and discussions with panel. Very open ended and different kind of interview. The expectations were not clear and I could not really gauge what they wanted from the interview. I did not even get feedback from recruiters and the interview panel after interview.
